Unlike a taxi or rideshare, our companions provide so much more than just a ride. We assist clients before, during, and after each outing — ensuring every trip is smooth, supported, and worry-free.

We can help with:

• Preparing for the outing — dressing, packing personal items, or assisting with mobility
• Providing companionship and support for the entire appointment or event
• Escorting clients to waiting rooms, offices, or social gatherings
• Offering discreet assistance in the washroom if needed
• Bringing in parcels or groceries upon return
• Running quick errands such as pharmacy or dry-cleaning stops

Our vehicles can accommodate walkers and folding wheelchairs, and we can transport individuals on oxygen. We also have daily-use wheelchairs available upon request.

When attending medical appointments, clients may choose to have our caregiver take notes and document important information for family members. With the client’s permission, we can share those notes with loved ones to keep everyone informed and reassured.
