Royalty Care was established to assist individuals to maintain their independence, and most importantly, enjoy their relationships with friends, family, and community. We provide life-enriching supports that assist in preserving an independent and dignified lifestyle in the comfort of their own homes or care facilities.

We have the right staff to meet your loved ones needs, we have a great team consisting of personal support workers, developmental service workers, social service workers and attendant care givers.

Our professional services are flexible, and can be arranged to meet both new and ongoing support requirements, for as little as a few hours per week, or 24/7, including holidays.

We work collaboratively with health care agencies, family members, medical and palliative providers to develop a team to ensure that everyone we support achieves the highest possible level of care.

Kathy Chappell

Kathy Chappell grew up in the Barrie area and did volunteer work at Royal Victoria Hospital. She attended Georgian College and 1996 graduated, receiving diplomas in Hotel and Resort Management as well as Culinary Management. In 1999 she married Lloyd Chappell and their son Graydon was born in 2002.

For many years Kathy did work with the family’s business Chappell Farms, assisting in many capacities over the years including designing and building the haunted barn/tent, wagon ride displays, staff management, customer service and teaching school groups.

In 2009 Kathy Chappell decided to follow her passion of working with people and enrolled in the Developmental Service Worker program at Georgian College, graduating in 2011 with honors.

In the spring of 2010 Kathy started working at the Waterford Retirement Community, as a Program Coordinator. In 2013 Kathy started her own company Coordinated Senior Services, having identified a needed in the community. Since staring the business, the services provided has changed to meet the needs of the community. In the spring of 2021, Kathy decided to change the name of the business to Royalty Care to better reflect the variety of services they offered to clients of all ages.
