Our professional services are flexible and reliable, available for as little as a few hours a week or as often as 24/7 — including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with families, healthcare agencies, and medical or palliative providers to build a circle of care that ensures every client receives the highest level of comfort, dignity, and support possible.

Kathy Chappell is a proud Barrie native with a lifelong commitment to community, care, and compassion. Her journey began at Royal Victoria Hospital, where she volunteered as a teenager — and has now come full circle as a member of the Hospital Auxiliary Board.

After graduating from Georgian College in 1996 with diplomas in Hotel & Resort Management and Culinary Management, Kathy married her husband Lloyd Chappell in 1999. Together, they raised their son Graydon (born in 2002) and worked in the family business, Chappell Farms, where Kathy managed everything from event design and staff coordination to guest experiences and school programs.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Kathy returned to Georgian College to complete the Developmental Service Worker program, graduating with honours in 2011. Her experience working with seniors and individuals with diverse needs inspired her to start her own company in 2013 — Coordinated Senior Services — which evolved and expanded to meet growing community needs.

In 2021, she rebranded the business as Royalty Care, reflecting her philosophy that everyone deserves the royal treatment. Today, Royalty Care provides personalized, professional home care throughout Barrie and Simcoe County.

Continuing her dedication to health and wellness, Kathy also owns and operates Professional Foot Care, offering advanced nursing foot care and spa services that combine comfort, safety, and clinical expertise.

Kathy is an active member of the Barrie Senior Service Network (BSSN) and a proud member of the BNI Business Matters Chapter, where she collaborates with other local professionals to support community growth and enhance senior care resources across the region.

With her deep local roots, strong leadership, and unwavering compassion, Kathy remains devoted to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families across the community — one caring connection at a time.
